Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Serves for 2.
1) 1 Cup Green pigeon peas (Green Tuvar)
2) 1 Onion
3) 2-3 tsp ginger garlic paste
4) 1 Tomato
5) 2-3 Green Chilies
6) 1/2 Cup chopped coriander leaves
7) 1 tsp Red chili powder
8) 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
9) 1 tsp Cumin Seeds powder
10) 1/2 Cup Ghee
11) 2 tsp Oil
12) Salt as per taste
Heat little Oil in a pan add green Pigeon Peas saute it for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from flame and keep aside to cool.
Once it cool add it to grander and make crush of it.
Heat remaining oil in same pan add chopped onion and saute till it turned to golden brown.
Once it done add ginger garlic paste, green chili and coriander leaves paste.
Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds powder and crush of green peas.
Then add salt and mix well.
Add 1 cup water and chopped tomatoes.
Cover with lid and let it cook for another 5 minutes on low flame.
Switch off the flame.
Serve hot by adding ghee as per your taste with chapati.
