This recipe is made of Vari Tandul Flour i.e. Samai rice or little millet. An easy to make recipe, this is a good option for Navratri’s fasting days. Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Total time: 20 Minutes

 

Ingredients:

 

1) 1 Cup Vari Tandul Flour

2) Salt for Taste

3) Water to knead dough

 

Method:

 

Take Vari flour in a plate add water, salt, chopped green chillies and keep kneading for 10 minutes until

dough becomes nice smooth.

Shape the dough into 2 inch balls.

Start patting the ball into circle shape by using palm and finger for making bhakri.

On a heated tava put bhakri on high flame

Once it done from one side, flip it and roast from other side.

Repeat the process for the remaining dough.

Serve hot with upvas batata bhaji, Peanut curry.
