Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 15 Minutes
Total Time: 35 Minutes
Ingredients:
1) 2 cup chakli bhajani
2) 1 cup chopped methi leaves (fenugreek leaves)
3) Chopped coriander leaves
4) 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
5) 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
6) 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
7) Pinch of hing
8) Oil for deep frying
Method:
Take chakli bhajani flour in a mixing bowl, add methi leaves, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, hing and 1 tsp hot oil and mix with spoon.
Add sufficient warm water and knead to medium dough.
Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Divide dough into small equal balls.
Take plastic sheet and place one ball on it and gently press with a palm and make slightly thick vada.
Heat oil for deep frying place vada in hot oil and fry till turns golden in colour.
