Ingredients for cover:
1) 2 cup all purpose flour
2) 1 tbsp ghee

1) 1/2 cup crushed sesame seeds
2) 1/2 cup cashew nut
3) 1/2 cup Khava
4) 1& 1/2 cup powdered sugar
5) Cardamom Powder

Method for Cover:
Til Kajuchya Satorya – the Dough,
Take all purpose flour in a mixing blow add hot ghee (mohan) add little water knead the dough.
Keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
Method for Stuffing:
Til Kajuchya satorya – the Stuffing,
Dry roast sesame seeds and crush them.
Crush the cashew nuts.
Roast khava and add roasted and crush sesame, sugar, cardamom powder and little milk and ghee and prepare stuffing mixture.
Divide the dough into equal small part.
Roll the balls using a rolling pin and roll into a poori.
Place one portion of the filling mixture in the center of the rolled dough circle.
Pull the edges of the poori and wrap it.
Seal the ends tightly.
Again roll the thick puri.
Heat the tava over medium heat.
Roast the puri pour some ghee.
