Tandalache Vade | Rice Poori – Genuine Rice Flour Recipes

Serve for 2.

Ingredients:

1) 2 cups Rice Flour

2) 1 & 1/2 cup Warm Water

3) 1/2 tsp dry coriander powder

4) 1/2 tsp cumin seeds powder

5) 1/2 tsp red chilly powder & turmeric powder

6) 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds powder

7) Salt as per taste

8) 1/2 cup oil to roll the vada

9) Oil for frying

Tandalache Vade Step-By-Step Procedure

In a mixing bowl add rice flour, coriander powder, cumin seeds, red chilly powder, fenugreek seeds powder and salt mix well.

Tandalache Vade Dough Kneaded

Know add sufficient warm water.

Knead it well until smooth.

Keep aside for 10 minutes.

Rice poori Recipe Dough Small Balls

Divide dough into equal portion make a balls.

Take a plastic sheet on rolling board. Apply a little oil on sheet.

Place a small ball of dough on sheet and using your palm start flattering the dough into a small circle.

Tandalache vade frying

Heat oil to deep fry.

To check the right temperature of oil put a small piece of dough.

It will rise immediately at the same time.

Immediately slides the vada after a few seconds slightly press the vada with slotted ladle and flicker hot oil on top of it.

It will help vada to puff up nicely.

Fry until golden yellow. Drain excess oil.

Repeat the process for the remaining dough.

Serve hot with kala vatana usal or amti.
