1) 1 cup Rice flour

2) 1/4 cup Yogurt

3) 1 chopped onion

4) 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves

5) Salt

6) Water

7) Oil


In a mixing bowl take rice flour, yogurt, salt to taste and mix well.
Add water, mix and make a thin batter.
Add onion and coriander leaves.Heat non stick pan on a medium low heat.
Pour a tsp of oil and spread it.
Pour batter.Roast till it get golden colour.
Once it done from one side turn and roast from both side.Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketch up.
