Serves for 2.
1) 3 Cup Gram Flour(Besan)
2) 2 chopped Onion
3) 2 Cup chopped spinach
4) 1 tsp red chilli powder
5) ½ tsp cumin and coriander powder
6) 3 tbsp Oil
7) Turmeric Powder
8) Salt as per taste
In mixing bowl add chopped Spinach, chopped onion, red chilli powder, cumin and coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt.
Add gram flour and sufficient water to adjust the consistency and make fine batter thick like idly.
Heat non stick tawa add little oil and pour a medium ladelful batter at the center swirl the spoon clockwise, in circular motion.
Drizzle little oil around it.
Cover with lid and cook on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
When its done at one side, flip it to the other side.
Press gently with flat spatula.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
