How to prepare dry garlic chutney for vada pav (Indian flatbread)

  1. In a small iron kadai or a heavy pan, heat 1 teaspoon oil over medium heat.
  2. 22 to 24 little garlic cloves, or 1 tablespoon small garlic cloves, should be used.
  3. Cook for around 30 to 40 seconds.
  4. 2 tablespoons white sesame seeds (optional).
  5. Sauté for 15 to 20 seconds, or until the sesame seeds begin to become a darker shade of brown.
