Vada Pav Recipe: Ingredients and Preparation
- 6 medium-sized potatoes, cooked and peeled
- Deep frying requires 1 tablespoon or more of oil.
- A pinch of asafoetida
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon of green chilli and garlic paste
- Season with salt to taste
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
