Vada Pav Recipe: Ingredients and Preparation

  1. 6 medium-sized potatoes, cooked and peeled
  2. Deep frying requires 1 tablespoon or more of oil.
  3. A pinch of asafoetida
  4. 1/4 teaspoon powdered turmeric powder
  5. 1 tablespoon of green chilli and garlic paste
  6. Season with salt to taste
  7. 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
  8. 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
