Method
- Chicken should be cut into 1-inch chunks. Prepare the rice and leave it aside.
- Toss in the chopped onions and cook until translucent. Continue to sauté while adding slit green chilies and chicken cubes as needed.
- Add half of the fried brown onions and mix well. Place the boiling rice on top of that.
- Cook for around 10 minutes on a low heat, covered. Serve immediately after garnishing with the egg pieces
