Sandge Bhaji

Sandgyachi Bhaji Recipe or Moong vadyachi is a staple for Maharashtrians during monsoons. This dish is made with moong dal moongvadi, which is sundried during summers & stored. This is an ancient recipe which was practiced mainly due to lack of vegetables & vegetarian options during rainfall. The sundried Sandge or Moongvadi is first fried and later cooked to make delicious bhaji. Sandge Bhaji is similar to Rajasthan’s Papad ki sabji. This sandgyachi sabji tastes best when served with Bhakri.
