1) 1 cup Sago

2) 3/4 cup boiled mashed potato

3) 3 tsp yogurt

4) 2-3 green chilies

5) Cumin Seeds

6) Chopped coriander leaves

7) Salt as per taste

8) 1/2 cup Peanut crushed

9) Sugar

10) Oil

Soak sago 3-4 hours before making appe.

Sabudana Appe – Soaked Sago

Mix soaked sago, mashed potato, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, peanut crushed, grated green chilies, salt, yogurt and sugar.

Add little water and make a paste of it.

Sabudana Appe – The mixture is ready!

Take appe patra, grace.

Once it enough hot pour the mixture by using spoon.

Sabudana Appe Recipe – in Appe patra

Keep lid and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Remove lid and check it has to change it’s colour.

Now turn the appe and cook from another side.

If needed add little oil.

Once it done from both the side take away from patra.

Serve it with fresh yogurt or green chuteny.

Sabudana Appe – Served hot with Chutney or Dahi
