Ingredients:
1) 6 Patra Leaves (Aluchi Pane)
2) 10 Okra
3) 1 Cup elephant yam
4) 1 Cup Snake Gourd Slices
5) 1 Cup Ridge Gourd Slices
6) 2-3 Ambadi
7) Lal Math Sthicks
8) Corns as per your choice
9) 1/2 Cup Peanuts
10) 2-3 Green Chilies
11) Tamarind
12) Jaggery
13) Oil to tempered
14) Cumin Seeds
15) 1 Cup grated fresh coconut
16) Salt as per taste
Rishi Panchami Bhaji – Step-by-Step with Pictures
Method:
Wash all the vegetables.
Soak tamarind and jaggery in little water and keep aside.
Soak peanuts for 1/2 hour.
Cut the stem of patra and cut the stem. Peel the stem and cut into small pieces.

Cut lal math sticks into 3 inches and peel them.
Cut Corns into 2-3 inches.
Peel ambadi.
In a heated pan add oil and cumin once it crackle add chopped patra leaves and let it cook for few minutes.
Now add all chopped and peeled vegetable, green chilies, soaked peanuts and salt.
If required add little water.
Add tamarind and jaggery juice.
Keep a lid and let it cook for another 15 minutes.
Once it done add grated fresh coconuts and saute it.
Remove form flame and serve it.
Tip:
If Your using ambadi, use the tamarind in less quantity.

You can use variety of vegetables.
