Rice Shevaya with Coconut Milk

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes

Cooking Time: 15 Miniutes

Serve for 2.


Ingredients for Shevaya:

1)  4 cup Rice Flour

2)  Salt as per Taste

3)  Water


Ingredients for Coconut Milk:

1) Grated fresh coconut 2 cups

2) 1 cup jaggery

3) Salt as per taste

4) Cardamom Powder


Method for shevaya:

Mix rice flour, salt and little warm water and knead to dough.

At the other side keep water on high flame to make it hot.Once the water starts to boil, make balls of above dough and add to the boiled water.

Let it boil for another 10-15 minutes.

Once it is cooked it will come up in boiled water.

Now use your sev maker machine with disk which have thiny small holes.

Now fill the container with prepared dough and close it tightly.As you twist the handle shevaya will come out from the bottom holes.

Slowly move the machine in circular motion.

Shevayas are ready to serve.

Method for Coconut Milk:

Take grated fresh coconut add little water and juice in juice machine or you can also use mixture grander and sieve it.Now add jaggery and salt for taste mix it well.Add cardamom powder and serve with shevaya.
