1) 1 Cup Rice Flour
2) ½ Cup Ghee
3) 1 Cup Powder Sugar
4) 15-20 Cashew nuts
5) 2 tsp Black Sesame Seeds
6) ¼ tsp Cardamom Powder
7) Salt a pinch
Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan.
Add the rice flour.
Saute well on a low flame till the rice flour turn into light pink and it starts giving off very nice aroma.
Switch off the flame and let it cool.
Dry roast cashew nuts and make a powder of it and add it to rice flour.
Dry roast sesame seeds once it started to crackle add it to rice flour.
When the rice flour has cooled add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and salt.
Mix well and shape them into ladoos when the mixture is little warm.
