1) 1 Cup raw Rice
2) 1 Cup Thick Poha
3) 6-7 Methi Seeds
4) Coriander Leaves
5) 2 Green Chilies
6) Cumin Seeds
7) Salt as per requirement
Wash and rinse, pohe and rice 2-3 times with water.
Soak them separately For 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes grind them together by adding water, salt, methi seeds, coriander leaves, chilies, cumin seeds.
Add more water and make a batter.
Heat little Oil in a pan add pour 1 large spoon of batter.
Spread little oil and cover pan with lid.
Wait for 2-3 minutes and take off lid and fry from other side till crispy and golden brown.
Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
