Red Leafy Vegetable | Lal Math Bhaji main Ingredients,Red Leafy Vegetable


1) 1 bunch of  red leafy vegetable

2) 1 Onion

3) 3-4 green chillies

4) Turmeric Powder

5) Salt

6) 1 tsp Oil

7) 1/2 cup grated fresh coconut


Red Leafy Vegetable | Lal Math washed and chopped for recipe, Lal Math Bhaji|Lal Math preparation method


Clean the vegetable.

Wash it and keep aside.


Cut the vegetable finely.

Chop onion, green chillies.

Take it into a pan mix all together and add little water, turmeric and salt and keep lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium low heat.

Stirring once in a between.


Once the water dries out add little oil and  remove from flame.

Serve hot with Dal rice, chapati or bhakari as per your choice.
