  1. Garlic should be peeled, washed, and ground. Coriander leaves should be cleaned, washed, and finely chopped.
  2. Ten to fifteen minutes after covering with a muslin cloth, remove the muslin cloth and discard. Divide the dough into twenty equal-sized balls, then roll each ball into a round puri shape as described above.
  3. Using a deep-frying pan, heat up enough oil to deep-fry the puris until they are crisp and brown.
