- Place a sweet potato in the middle of a Mason jar that has been filled with water.
- Ensure that it is kept in a warm location
- To maintain its quality, check that the water level in the jar never rises beyond the halfway mark, and replace the water in the jar on a weekly basis.
- After approximately a month, the plant will begin to grow roots, and then it will begin to create shoots
