Sweet and spicy Raw Mango Chutney

The mango season is still on! But we are heading towards the end of ‘raw mango season’.

Why not utilized the semi-ripe mangoes and make something in our kitchen? Sweet raw mango chutney is the best answer to it.

A definite recipe to be made in our kitchens.

Kairichi goad chutney is a heavenly combination of tangy and sweet tastes.

Sweet kairi chutney is softer in texture than the mango chutney we made earlier.

Sweet raw mango chutney is full of taste, health and fruity flavour.

It is a favourite tangy dip for our bhajis.

Ingredients: 

1) 1 Raw mango

2) 1/2 tsp red chilly powder

3) 2 tbsp Grated jaggery

4) Salt

 

Method:

Take raw mango and wash in running water.

Boil 1 cup water  in pan add mango and cook over low flame and cover the pan allowing it to cook until soft and tender.

Remove from heat and keep aside.

Peel it and take pulp of boiled mango.

Add  red chilly powder, salt and grated jaggery.

Mix it.

Chutney is ready to serve.

It goes well with dal rice or amti.

 

How to make raw mango sweet chutney step by step with images:
