Serves for 2.
1) 1 cup grated green papya
2) 2-3 Garlic Cloves
3) 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
4) 1 tsp Ajvain
5) 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
6) 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
7) Salt as per taste
8) 1 cup Jowar flour
9) 1/2 cup Rice Flour
10) 1/2 cup Besan
11) 1 chopped Onion
12) Coriander Leaves
How to make Raw(Green) Papaya Thalipeeth-

Take mixing bowl add grated Papaya, grated garlic cloves, chopped onion, coriander leaves,Cumin seeds, ajvain, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, jowar flour,rice flour, besan and mix well by using hand.
Add little water if required and knead a soft dough.
Divide dough into equal portion make a balls.
Heat a tava on a medium low heat.
On a heated tava place a ball of dough and using your palm start flattering the dough into a small circle.
You can use platic sheet to flatter the thalipeeth and than you place thalipeeth on heated tava to cook.
Make a small hole in the centre.
Place it on heated tava.
Pour little oil in the centre and edges of thalipeeth and cook till it turn into brown.
Now flip it and cook the other side also on medium high heat.
Serve hot with curd or tomato ketch up.
