Peanut Ladoo | Shengdana Ladoo Recipe | How to Make Peanut Laddu

As the name suggests, Peanut Ladoo is made with Peanut/ Shengdana as the main ingredient followed by

jaggery for the sweetness.

Amazingly easy to make, this delicious Shengdana Ladoo is very healthy as it is loaded with protein.

It makes an excellent companion for kid’s tiffin box.

Quickly made with minimum ingredients, this Peanut Ladoo melts in the mouth.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 20 Minutes

 

Ingredients:

1) 1 cup peanuts

2) 1 cup jaggery

3) Crush Cardamom

4) Nutmeg powder

5) 2 tsp Ghee

 

Method:

Dry roast peanuts and remove the skin.

Once it cool grind with jaggery, cardamom and nutmeg.

Take it into mixing bowl.

Add ghee.

Mix well.

Take some portion of mixture and roll in to (ladoo shape) round shape.

Repeat the same procedure for remaining mixture and make ladooes.

Store into airtight container.

 

Method:

1) Dry roast peanuts and remove the skin.

2) Once it cool grind with jaggery, cardamom and nutmeg.

3) Take it into mixing bowl or a plate.

4) Add ghee, mix well, take some portion of mixture and roll in to (ladoo shape) round shape.Repeat the same procedure for remaining mixture and make ladooes.
