Ingredients For Curry:
1) 1 Cup Peanuts
2) 3/4 Cup freshly grated coconut
3) 2-3 Green chilli
4) 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
5) Salt as per taste
Ingredients for Tempering:
1) 2 tsp oil
2) 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
3) 5-6 Curry leaves
Method:
Dry roast peanuts and keep aside to cool completely.
Peel it.
Mix peanuts, grated fresh coconut, green chilies, coriander leaves and grind all together to a paste.
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, curry leaves and prepare tempering.
Add paste and stir it for a minute and add salt.
Let it cook for another few minutes
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with samo rice.
