Ingredients For vegetable
1) Pav kilo(1/4 Kg) Baby Potatoes
2) 6-7 Small sized Onion
3) Red chilly powder
4) Garam masala
5) Turmeric powder
6) Chopped Coriander Leaves
7) Salt as per taste
Ingredients for Tempering:
1) 2 tbsp oil
2) Mustard seeds
3) Cumin seeds
4) Curry leaves

Peel potatoes and put some hole by using fork.
Peel onion and keep aside do not cut potatoes and onion.
Heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and asafoetida and prepare tempering.
Add Onion and potatoes on it.
Do no stir with spoon, toss it so that it will not break onion or potatoes.
Hold the vessel in cloth and toss the vegetable.
Put lid or plate on it add some water on lid or plate and lets cook the vegetable on low flame for at least 20-25 minutes.
Onion Potato Bhaji – Adding of spices and cooking
After 20-25 minutes add red chilly powder, garam masala and salt as per taste and again toss and cook for another few minutes.
Add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati.
