Cooking Time: 20 Minutes
Serves for 2.
Ingredients:
1) 1 Cup Rajgira Flour
2) 2 Cup Full cream milk
3) 3/4 Cup sugar
4) 3/4 Cup Ghee
5) Dry fruits as per your choice ( Almonds, Cashew Nuts,Raisins)
6) Cardamom Powder

In a heavy bottom pan add ghee and fry dry fruits until light brown.
Remove from ghee and keep aside in a same pan add rajgira flour and saute till it becomes brown and aromatic do this on the low flame if not flour will get burn.
Keep milk for boil, once the milk comes a good boil switch off flame.
Once the flour get roasted and brown add boiled milk and stir well to avoid lumps.
Once the mixture become thick add sugar and mix well for sugar to combine.
Keep a lid and cover for 5 minutes.
Now add Cardamom powder and all fried dry fruits.
Serve hot or warm.
