So let’s get started with the healthy Moong Dal Ladoo Recipe;
Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 15 Minutes
Total Time: 25 Minutes
Serving: 10 -12
1) 1 cup Moong Dal
2) 1/3 cup Sugar
3) 1/4 cup Ghee
4) 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
5) Dry fruits
Method For making Laddu flour:
Heat a heavy bottom pan and dry roast moong dal on a low flame.
Continue to sauté till the dal turns golden brown or till you get the roasted aroma.
Remove dal in plate and let it cool down.
Put dal in a mixer grinder and grind to a fine powder.
Now run it through the sieve to avoid lumps.
Method for making Laddu :
Heat a kadai and dry roast the moong dal flour for 5 minutes on low flame.
Add ghee and again roast the flour for another 5 minutes.
Remove from flame, add dry fruits and powdered sugar and mix well.
Let it cool down to room temperature.
Now start shaping the ladoos.
Prepare all the ladoos and once it cools, keep into an airtight container.
