Serves for 2.

 

Ingredients:

1) 1 cup rice flour

2) 1 tbs corn flour

3) 1 tbs wheat flour

4) 1 tbs besan

5) Salt as per taste

6) 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

7) 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

8) 1 tsp red chilly powder

9) Coriander leaves

10) Chopped Onion

11) Oil

How to make Mixed Flour Thalipeeth – Authentic Recipe

Method:

Mix all the flour in a mixing bowl.

Add salt, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, red chilly paste, coriander leaves and chopped onion.

Start kneading the mixture into stiff dough by adding little water at a time.

Keep aside for 10-15 minutes.

Mixed Flour Thalipeeth Recipe – Dough for Thalipeeth

Make small balls from dough.

Take a plastic sheet on rolling board. Apply a little oil on sheet.

Place a small ball of dough on sheet and using your palm start flattering the dough into a small circle.

Once done make small hole in the center using figure.

Heat tawa add little oil, place thalipeeth on tawa.

Mixed Flour Thalipeeth Recipe – Roasted on hot Tawa

Drizzle more oil on tawa, cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

Serves hot with yogurt.

Served with Thecha or Yogurt.
