Makes 2-3 Bhakries
1) 1 cup Corn Flour
2) 1/2 cup Rice Flour
3) 1/2 cup Jowar Flour
4) 1 cup Chopped Methi (Fenugreek) leaves
5) Garlic and green chilly paste
5) 1 tsp Salt
6) 1/2 cup water or as needed

Methi Bhakri Recipe – Kneaded Dough
Mix all flours, chopped methi, salt, garlic and green chilly paste in a plate add boiled water and keep kneading for 10 minutes until dough becomes nice smooth.
If needed add little water.
Shape the dough into 2 inch round balls.
Dust some dry rice flour on the palte or on the roti roller.
Start patting the ball into circle shape by using palm and finger for making bhakri.
Methi Bhakri Recipe – Roasted on flat hot griddle (Tava)
On a heated tava put bhakri on high flame
Be careful while putting the bhakri on tava dusted side should be at upper side grace some water on it.
Flip it and roast from both sides.
Now simmer the flame and put the bhakri directlt on the flame to further roast it from both the sides with the help of hand. This technique helps bhakri to puff up nicely.
Repeat the process for the remaining dough.
Serve hot with Pickle, thecha or fresh yogurt.
