So here I have brought the ever-delicious masala peanuts recipe which is, as the name suggests, masala(spices) coated peanuts deep fried to perfection. So, let’s get started with the Masala Singh Recipe;


Preparation Time: 15 Minutes

Cooking Time: 20 Minutes

 

Ingredients:

1) 1 cup peanuts

2) 1 tbsp besan

3)  1 tsp red chilly powder

4) 1 tsp turmeric powder

5) 1 tsp cumin seeds powder

6) 1 tsp garam masala powder

7) 1/2 tsp chaat masala powder

8) Salt to taste

 

Method:

Wash the peanuts and sprinkle salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala and gently mix with your fingers.

Keep aside for 1/2 an hour.

Heat oil for deep frying.

Add besan and 1 tbsp hot oil to peanuts mixture and mix with a spoon.

Now deep fry the coated peanuts in hot oil on medium heat until they become golden brown in colour.

Remove them with slotted spoon and place on absorbent paper.

Store this in an airtight container.
