Mango Kheer
Now that the mangoes have turned yellow and sweet, let’s make mango kheer from them.
It is a delicious dessert made with the combination of mango pulp, milk, vermicelli/rice and some sugar.
It is rich and creamy.
We like to have it after our meals. Mango kheer is an all-time favourite dessert at our homes that’s made seasonally .

Ingredients:
1) 1 liter full cream milk
2) 1 handfull of basmati rice
3) Sugar 1/2 cup
4) 1/2 cup sweet mango pulp
5) Few Cashews
Method:
Take heavy bottom pan. Add very little water and add the milk. Bring it to boil. Reduce the liquid to half of the initial quantity.
Now add the soaked rice into boiling milk and boil the rice along with it.
When the rice is cooked enough, add sugar and boil for another 10 minutes.
Add Cardamom Powder and mix well. Remove from flame.
Now let the mixture cool completely. Pour the kheer in a large container and add the mango pulp and mix well.
Garnish with chopped cashew nut and refrigerate it for 4 hour before serving.
Serve it when it chill.

Method:
