Serves for 2.
1) 1/2 Cup Kulith flour
2) 1/2 Cup onion, finely chopped
3) 3-4 garlic cloves
5) 2 Cup Water
6) 2 Chopped green chilies
7) 4-5 Curry leaves
8) 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
9) Pinch of hing
10) 1 tsp Malvani Masala
12) Salt as per taste
13) Coriander leaves
14) 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut
In a mixing bowl take Kulith flour and add little water and make a fine paste without any lumps.
Heat 2 tsp oil in kadai. Add cumin Seeds, curry leaves and green chillies sauté for 2 minutes and add chopped onion and garlic cloves.
Saute onion till it becomes translucent.
Add 2 cup of water, malvani masala, salt and kokum.
Once water starts boiling add kulith flour mixture and stir it continuously until you get desired consistency.
Add grated coconut and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with steam rice.
You Can also use coconut oil instead of fresh coconut it’s tests different.
