Kothimbir Vadi

1) 1 cup besan

2) 1 cup chopped coriander leaves

3) 1 chopped onion

4) 4-5 green chili

5) Ginger Garlic paste

6) Cumin Seeds

7) Seasome  Seeds

8) Turmeric powder

9) Salt

10) Water

11) Oil to fry

In a pan heat oil for tempering add mustard seeds

Once it crackle add cumin seeds, seasame seeds and chopped onion and stir it for few seconds.

Add green chili and ginger garlic paste add turmeric powder and stir it for a minute.

Add besan and little water once water is absorbed add coriander leaves.

Cook for around 7-8 minutes, once the mixture become thick remove from flame.

Add oil at the base and sides of plate.

Spread all mixture on a plate.

Let it set for next 20 minutes.

Once it cooled down cut it into pieces.

Heat oil and deep fry all vadies.

Serve hot with tomato ketch up or green chutney.
