So let’s get started with Kothimbir Pakhadi;

 

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes

Cooking Time: 15 Minutes

Total Time: 25 Minutes

Serves for 3. 

 

Ingredients:

 

1) 3 cup fresh chopped coriander

2) 1 chopped onion

3) 1 cup yogurt

4) 1 & 1/2 cup gram flour

5) 2 tbsp. oil

6) 1 tsp mustard seeds

7) 1 tsp sesame seeds

8) Pinch of asafoetida

9) 1 tsp turmeric powder

10) Salt as per taste

 

Method:

 

In a mixing bowl, take chopped coriander leaves, chopped onion, yogurt, gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and mix well.

Grease plate with little oil and keep ready.

Heat pan add oil for tempering add mustard seeds, asafoetida, sesame seeds and sauté for 1 minute.

Pour coriander leaves and gram flour mixture on tempering and let it cook for 5 minutes or till it gets a boil.

Now pour the batter into a greased plate and let it set for 10 minutes.

Cut them into square shape and serve them.
