- If you are not using no-cook noodles, you must first cook the lasagna noodles. The noodles should be drained, tossed briefly with olive oil, and laid flat on paper towels.
- Add the sausage to a large pan over medium-high heat and cook while crumbling it with a wooden spoon. When the sausage is brown and totally cooked, whisk in the Marinara sauce. Set aside the sauce.

- Repeat with the remaining ingredients in a second, 8×8-inch pan “freezer-safe foil pan.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and cook the lasagna for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the edges are equally heated and bubbling.
- The lasagna intended for freezing should be covered with the lid, carefully wrapped in plastic wrap and foil, and then frozen for up to three months. Remove the lasagna from the freezer and let it to defrost in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours before serving. Remove the plastic wrap and lid off the lasagna, but leave the foil on top. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and bake the lasagna for 55 to 65 minutes, or until heated and bubbling around the edges. If the lasagna is fresh from the freezer, the cooking time will be between 75 and 90 minutes, but be sure to keep it covered with foil the entire time.

Cooking Frozen Lasagna – Straight from the freezer, bake the lasagna wrapped in foil for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
