Kandyachi Pat ghalun Takach Besan in Marathi

Time:

20 Minutes,

Serves for 2.

Ingredients:

1) 1 Chopped Cup Spring Onion

2) 1  Cup Besan

3) Turmeric powder

4) Salt as per taste

5) 4-5 green Chillies

6) 5-6 Garlic Cloves

7) 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds

8) 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds

9) Curry Leaves

10) Coriander leave

11) 1 Cup Curd

12) Oil for Tempering

 

Method:
Heat oil into kadai.

Add mustard seeds, once it started to crackle add cumin seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chillies and chopped onion.

Saute for 5 minutes and add chopped spring onion. Sprinkle some salt.

Cover and cook  for 5 minutes.

If require sprinkle some water.

Take besan in mixing bowl add curd and make fine paste.

After 5 minutes add Besan mixture, turmeric powder  mix it well.

Keep on stirring to avoid lumps.

Put heat on low flame and keep a lid on kadai.

And cook for another 5 minutes.

Serve hot with chapati or rice bhakri.
