Gharge Recipe

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 20 Minutes
Total Time: 30 Minutes
Serves for 4.
Ingredients:
1) 2 Cups grated pumpkin
2) 1 Cup grated Jaggery
3) 6 Cup Rice flour
4) Oil to deep fry
Method:
Mix the grated pumpkin and jaggery in a bowl.
Heat a pan transfer pumpkin mixture to the pan.
Once all the jaggery melt completely, add rice flour and mix well.
Remove from flame, keep a lid and set aside.
After 10 minutes knead a dough.
Heat oil in kadai, make small balls of this mixture.
Take a plastic sheet place one ball and press with palm to shape it like a poori.
Deep fry gharges in hot oil till golden brown.
Serve hot.
How to prepare gharge
1) Mix the grated pumpkin and jaggery in a bowl. Heat a pan transfer pumpkin mixture to the pan.
