The other day I was planning to make Dalimbi Bhaat at home.

Just came to my mind to give a make-over your birdhaycha bhaat with the rich tempering of the mustard, and curry leaves and asafoetida.

The Dalimbi  bhat looks beautiful with the seasoning.

The mixture of varied shapes looks so awesome when served on the plate.

Due to the rice and the masala the bitterness of val is reduced a bit.

Try this recipe at home.
