3) 1 Onion
4) 2-3 garlic cloves
5) 1 tomato
6) Coriander leaves
8) Turmeric powder
1) 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2) 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
3) pinch of Hing
4) Curry Leaves
Pressure cook toovar dal along with penuts for 3 whistles.
Wash and chop fenugreek leaves.
Heat a oil in a pan add mustard seeds once it crackle add cumin seeds,hing, curry leaves, garlic cloves , chopped green chilies and finely chopped onion.
Saute till it turn into golden brown.
Once oil separated from tomato add chopped fenugreek leaves and let it cook for another few minute.
