Chavlichi is amti is black eyed beans curry in Maharashtrian style.

The recipe is simple owing to the simple ingredients that go in. The chavli amti which we shared here has a coconut and onion base which makes it a creamy taste.

The malvani masala added gives makes it a Malvani version of chawli curry.

Chawli amti is high in proteins and tastes yummy too. Make this golden yellow curry of black eyed beans with the beans ‘peeping’ out of the curry.

You may have this traditional chawli recipe with steamed rice or chapati.
