Flower Batata Rassa Bhaji | Cauliflower Curry

Flower batata rassa bhaji recipe is very homely recipe.

Simple with less oil and basic spices.

Though there are different versions, I have shared the recipe we make at home.

My hubby is very fond of this dish as it’s very simple. I have used goda masala for the authentic Maharashtrian taste.

The coconut which we use adds more to the flavour of the recipe!

Further to this, you may also adjust the spice and consistency of the flower batata bhaji recipe. Serve this with hot pooris and gadhichi poli.
