Bhajani Thalipeeth Recipe | Bhajaniche Thalipeeth

Thalipeeth is a popular traditional Maharashtrian breakfast.

It is a flat bread that is prepared by using bhajani, a mixture of different flour like rice, wheat, chana dal, urad dal, jawari,  bajari,  moong dal,  Methi Dana and spices.

The name “bhajani thalipeeth” comes from the marathi word bhajne, which means dry roast. As the name suggests, we will dry roast all the ingredients for preparing this thalipeeth.

I learnt to make Thalipeeth from my mom.
