Kunda or Belgavi ( Belgao) Kunda is one of the signature sweet dish of Belgaum ( Belgao ) city in Northern Karnataka. This delicious Kunda gets its rich texture from the curdled milk and aroma from the cardamom added to it. Rich in protein, this Belgaum Kunda Sweet will leave you craving for more. Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cook time: 1 hour Total time: 1 hour 10 minutes   Ingredients: 1) 1 litre milk 2) 1/2 cup sugar 3) 1/2 cup curd 4) Cardamom powder 5) Dry fruits   Method: Boil the milk till the quantity is reduced to 1/3 rd. Add the curd. You can see that milk will curdle. Continue cooking. Heat another pan add sugar ad heat till it caramelises and becomes brown in colour. Add curdle milk and stir well. Continue cooking till the moisture is evaporated. Add cardamom powder and dry fruits. Mix well. Transfer it into a serving bowl.   Method: 1) Boil the milk till the quantity is reduced to 1/3 rd.

2) Add the curd. You can see that milk will curdle. Continue cooking.

3) Heat another pan, add sugar ad heat till it caramelizes and becomes brown in colour.

4) Add curdled milk and stir well.

5) Continue cooking till the moisture evaporates.  Add cardamom powder and dry fruits. Mix well.

6) Transfer it into a serving bowl or plate.
