Total Time: 20 Minutes
Serves for 2.

 

Ingredients:

 

1) 2 big sized potatoes

2) 2 tbsp. rice flour

3) 2-3 tbsp. semolina

4) 1/2 tsp red chilly powder

5) 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

6) 1 cup oil

7) Salt to taste

 

Method:

 

Cut potatoes into thick disc, wash them and transfer them in a bowl. Add salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and mix it and set aside.

Spread rice flour and semolina on a plate.

Heat oil on nonstick pan.

Dust potato discs in the semolina and rice flour mixture, place one by one on pan.

Shallow fry them from both the sides and potatoes are cooked.

Remove them on absorbent paper.

Serve hot with Dal Rice or Chapati.
