Serves for 2.
1) 2 Cup Baby Methi Leaves
2) 1 Onion
3) 2-3 Green Chilies
4) 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
6) 1/2 cup Grated Fresh coconut
7) Salt as per taste
Chop the ends from the baby methi leaves.
Now chop the roots and keep the leaves as they are.
Take all leaves in a bowl and rinse them 3-4 times with clean water.
Drain them and chop them and keep aside.
Now heat oil in pan add cumin seeds, finely chopped onion and saute it till transparent.
Add green chilies.
Saute for 2-3 minutes and add chopped methi leaves along with the salt and turmeric powder.
Stir and cover with lid.
Pour water on a lid.
On a low flame cook the veggies.
Check in between if require add little water.
Serve hot with Bhakari or chapati.
