Ingredients:
1) 2 Potatoes
2) 4 cup Fresh fenugreek Leaves
3) 1 tomato
4) 1 Onion
5) 5-6 Garlic Cloves
6) 1 tsp ginger chilly paste
7) 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
8) 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
9) Curry leaves
10) 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
11) Turmeric powder
12) Oil for tempering
13) Salt as per taste
How to make Aloo Methi Sabji – Stepwise with Pictures
Method:
Boil potatoes peel and chop
Wash fenugreek leaves in water, drain them and keep aside.
Chop tomato and onion.
Heat oil in pan add mustard seeds and wait till it crackle add cumin seeds and curry leaves, chopped garlic and ginger chilly paste and saute for minutes.
Add chopped onion and saute till it turns golden brown.
Now add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and salt and saute for 5 minutes.
Add chopped tomato, fenugreek leaves and fry till it reduces in volume.
Aloo Methi Sabji – Saute Potatoes and Fenugreek leaves in pan
Add potato cubes saute till turns to nice aroma comes.
Transfer it to serving plate and serve with chapati or dal rice.
