Rava Churma Ladoo or Radhavallabh Ladoo is an offering to Radharani made from Rava(Semolina)

and milk.

This delicious ladoo is made with powdered Rava puris, that gives the Rava churma laddu its crunch.

An amazing treat to your taste buds, these ladoos are mouthwatering.

Filled with goodness of Rava and Milk, these Churma ladoos are ideal for your little champs as well as the elder ones on diet.

So let’s get started with the Radhavallabh Ladoo Recipe:

 

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes

Cooking Time: 20 Minutes

Total Time: 35 Minutes

 

Ingredients:

 

1) 2 Cup rava

2) 2 tbsp ghee

3) 1 cup hot milk

4) 1/2     cup powdered sugar

5) 2 tbsp cashew nuts

6) 7-8 raisins

8) Nutmeg powder

9) Cardamom Powder

 

Method:

 

In a  mixing bowl take rava (semolina), ghee and hot milk and knead it.

Divide dough into small equal portion.

Roll into puri shape deep fry the puries and set aside to cool down completely.

Once it cool add to the blender and make a fine powder.

Transfer  it into a  mixing bowl add powder sugar, cashew nuts, raisins, nutmeg and cardamom powder and remaining ghee.

Stir it and mix well.

Take a small portion of the mix and roll to small ladoo’s.

    Can you clear one of my doubt? Churma Laddu is the delicacy of Maharashtra or Rajasthan?

      Thanks for the comment Mitali, Rajasthan’s Churma Laddu consist of Wheat flour as their main ingredient, whereas in this Rava Churma Ladoo, Rava(Semolina) is the main ingredient, and the Rava version of Churma Laddu is a Maharashtrian Delicacy.
