Ingredients:

1) 1 Cup Crumbled Mawa

2) 1/4 cup powdered sugar

3) 1/4 cup Pistachios crushed

4) Cardamom powder

 

Method:

In a heavy bottom pan combine crumbled mawa and powdered sugar.

Mix well and cook on medium low heat for 5 minutes.

Remove from flame and keep aside for 10 minutes to cool down completely.

Divide the mixture into 2 parts.

In one portion add pistachios crush and mix well and divide into equal parts.

Take remaining mixture and divide it into equal portion.

Take divided portion and flatten in your plams.

Stuff pistachios mixture in a center and seal it.

Shape them into pedhas shape and garnish with pistachios.

Store in airtight container.
