Nachni flour thalipeeth-key ingredients
Ingredients:
1) 2 Cups Nachni Flour
2) 1 chopped onion
3) 2 tsp red chilli powder
4) 1 tsp cumin Seeds
5) Turmeric powder
6) Salt as per taste
7) Coriander Leaves
8) 2 tsp Yoghurt
9) Oil to fry
Nachni Flour Thalipeeth – Step-By-Step Recipe of Ragi Roti
Method:
In a mixing bowl combine the nachani flour,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds and salt.
Add the chopped onion, coriander leaves and sufficient water to make a soft dough.
Divide dough into equal portion make a balls.
Take a plastic sheet on rolling board. Apply a little oil on sheet.
Place a small ball of dough on sheet and using your palm start flattering the dough into a small circle.
Heat a tava on a medium low heat and place thalipeeth on it.
Make a small hole in the centre.
Pour little oil in the centre and edges of thalipeeth and cook till it turn into brown.
Now flip it and cook the other side also on medium high heat.
Serve hot with pickle, curd or fried green chili.
