Leafy Chawli Bhaji Recipe | Chawli leaves Recipe in Marathi

Chawli leaves recipe key ingredients required, Chawli leaves

washed and cut, Chawli leaves cooking in pan

Ingredients:

1) 1 Bunch of green Leafy Vegetable

2) 2 Big sized Onion

3) 2-3 Green chilies

4) Turmeric Powder

5) Salt

6) 2 tsp Oil

7) 1/2 tsp sugar

8) 1/2 cup grated fresh coconut

Leafy Chawli Recipe Step-by-Step Procedure

Method:

Clean vegetable.

Wash, drain and keep aside.

Chop chawli leaves.

Chop onion and green chilies.

Mix chopped chawli leaves, onion and green chilies in a pan.

Add turmeric powder, little water and keep lid on it and let it cook for next 10 minutes on medium low heat.

Stir it in between.

After 10 minute remove lid and add salt, oil and grated fresh coconut.

Once the water drain out take it off the heat.

Take it in to a serving bowl and serve hot with chapati, dal rice or bhakri.

Leafy Chawli Bhaji Recipe served hot.
